Protecting buildings from dirt!
The main cause of dirt on buildings is from car exhaust fumes and smoke from factories that pollute the air. This pollution falls in rain, causing damage and the build-up of dirt over periods of years. As caulking diminishes, the plastic can lead to stains and marks.
In order to prevent the build-up of dirt, a coating with hydrophilic properties is required. By applying Aqua Vision to the outside surface of a building, the inorganic crystallised coating allows the surface to be cleaned naturally by rain water that washes away dirt.
After applying Aqua Vision, the coating cleans itself and does not require manual cleaning. After 2-3 months after application, you can expect the effects to last for a long time.

(1) Dirt Protection
Rain drops come into contact with the coating of an angle of less than 5°and expand. Rainwater washes away dirt, meaning that the coating effectively cleans itself and preserves the beautiful look of the surface without the need for maintenance.
(2) Weather Resistant & Long-lasting
Aqua Vision is a glass coating with the strength of siloxane glass. The coating provides long-lasting protection from harsh weather conditions, UV rays and acid rain. (Tested by exposing to weather for 5 years. SWOM: 2000hours, no change).
(3) Transparent
Siloxane glass has the same transparency level as soda-lime glass and does not damage surfaces, allowing Aqua Vision to be used on glass, mirrors and metals.
(4) Easy Application & Low Cost
No special skills or technology required. Apply an even coat with a roller, brush or spray gun and do not allow the coating to drip. Aqua Vision hardens quickly, and can be left after approximately one hour after application, so there is no need to wait for long periods of time for Aqua Vision to be effective.
Aqua Vision creates a hydrophilic coating that collects precipitation from the air, creating a fine layer of water. The water helps prevent static electricity and the build-up of dirt.
When rain falls, the dirt on the surface floats to the top of the water.
As the rain then flows down the coated surface, so does the dirt, meaning that the surface effectively cleans its self. For this reason, no maintenance is required and the effects of the coating last for a long period of time.
Silica particles give the surface of the coating water hydrophilic properties.
Oil floats on top of the water, making it difficult for the oil to adhere to the applied surface and allows the surface to be easily cleaned.

Film is created in microscopic bevels, creating a smooth surface on the applied area that retains its hydrophilic properties for a long period of time.

Use in an outside environment of 5-40℃ with less than 75% humidity.
For areas underground apply on surfaces with a temperature of 5-40℃
Do not apply to wet surfaces or when it is raining.
- Set the jet pattern to wide and the width of the jet to 22-23cm
- Using the volume adjuster, set the spray volume to low.
Start from the lowest possible setting and then open up bit by bit until you have the required spray volume.

*Amounts are a guide. Amount required when applying underground will vary depending on the level of water absorption.
Warning
Always have a towel at hand to wipe any dripping liquid.
If not wiped, white crystals may form and the dripping liquid may lead to cracks and damage.
Time Taken to Harden: 30-60 minutes
Time Taken to Dry: 2+ hours
*Please make sure that no water or rain comes into contact with the coating for at least two hours after application
*Cannot be used with: Fluorine based (water repellent) coatings, porous stone or single layer elastic coatings

Surfaces that have been dirtied are difficult to wash. Aqua Vision reduces the need for multiple applications and helps prevent visible stains caused by rain.

Inorganic silica coating protects the applied surface. Rain water on the surface dries quickly, preventing discolouration and damage.
Window glass …………………………….
Before sash window glass becomes dirtied, apply the coating to protect against crystallisation and dirt carried by rain, for a beautiful finish.
Car Port & Aluminium …………………….
Water washes away pollen and dirt caused by smoke, creating a clean surface. Aqua Vision adheres to aluminium well, helping to protect against rust.
Solar Panels …………………………….
Can be used on large and household solar panels. Rain water cleans the surface and lessens the build-up of electricity, protecting the panel for a long period of time.
Bathroom Mirrors & Glass ……………….
If water is applied to the surface, it forms a film and looks pleasing to the eye. The coating reduces adhesion of crystallised chlorine on the surface of the glass.
Can be applied to: painted surfaces, glass, aluminium and metal.
